PARKTOWN Residence @Tampines Avenue 11 site is a 50-50 joint venture between the UOL-SingLand consortium and CapitaLand Development. Purchased for S$1.206 billion, equating to S$885 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr) in July 2023, the 99-year leasehold plot covers a total area of 545,511 square feet.
The combined expertise of the joint venture partners will transform PARKTOWN Residence into a dynamic residential and commercial hub. This integrated development will feature the PARKTOWN Tampines retail mall, a bus interchange, a community club, a hawker centre, and direct connectivity to the upcoming Tampines North MRT station.
